Fast and easy visitor sign-in and sign-out:
When a visitor first arrives, they enter their information at the Photo ID station, or an attendant enters their
information for them. Typically, their name, the person who is hosting them at your facility, the name of their
organization, and a unique identifier (such as their e-mail address) are required. The system captures
their photo and prints their badge.

Signing in visitors has never been easier than with Avery Photo ID Software version 2.0! New features
include faster visitor sign-in through:

Business Card and Driver’s License Reader Support. Instead of manually entering visitor
information, scan their business card or driver’s license and see their information automatically
appear on the sign-in screen.
Pre-enroll visitors with the new List Import Wizard. Import a list of your visitors with an Excel or .CSV
file. You can either pre-print their badge or save their information into the Photo ID System. When
the visitor signs-in at their next visit, their information will automatically be pulled up when they enter
their unique identifier.

Digital log captures and stores visitor information, photo and visit history for easy visitor tracking and
custom reporting:
Need to know who visited the building? No problem. The digital log records and stores visitor information
with every check-in, making searches fast and easy. Use the digital log to instantly create reports by day,
week or custom date range.

Visually identify visitors with customizable color Photo ID badges:
With all the people coming and going in your building every day, it’s nice to immediately distinguish visitors
from employees and to know at a glance if visitors are where they’re supposed to be. Color coding options
are available to identify visitor types, access areas or days of the week.
